The Detroit Refrigerated Air-Dryer is the perfect solution if dry air is a requirement of your industry. With a combination of technology and quality the DT Series Refrigerated Air Dryers produce a very stable air-drying solution.
Air-Dryers are matched to air compressors based on the cooling capacity of the dryer and the inlet temperature of the compressed air. The DT Series is recommended for huge in environments with ambient temperatures between 38°C to 45°C with inlet temperatures of up to 65°C.
PLC control allows for full protection against power fluctuation, high or low gas pressure, motor overloads and freezing. The self-diagnosing PLC system enhances the systems stability and service life. All models are fitted with an electrical auto-drain fot automatic water purging from the system.
The use of 3-in-1 plate coolers offers increased cooling capacity and energy savings of 15% to 50% have been achieved over older models. In line with international standards, environmentally friendly refrigerants, 134A and 407C are used and both refrigerants meet high international standards for environmental protection.
Sized up to 80m³ flow at pressures of up to 1.6MPa/16 Bar, the DT Series Air Dryers are suitable for small and large installations.
