Airstream Piston Compressors features a range of high quality solutions catering for very demanding industrial applications. Pumps made from the highest grade cast-iron and machined by the latest CNC equipment within the tolerances not normally applied to compressors are used in this range of Piston Compressors. Practically vibration-free compressed air are ensured by the comprehensive balancing of components and low rotational speeds.
Single-stage models operate up to a maximum delivery pressure of 10 Bar and Tow-stage models deliver up to 12 Bar pressure.
POWERED BY PUMA ENGINES
Efficiency is optimised through the use of full flow concentric valves as opposed to lower cost and shorter lasting reed valves. Large diameter fan-wheels, which direct cooling air over pump heads, intercoolers and after coolers all ensure t low running temperatures.
End float clearances on oversized taper crank bearings are controlled by a unique patented locking system. Air receivers meet all thee requirements of SANS 347 and are issued with all mandatory certificates.
